The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The decor was sophisticated, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the panoramic view of the city from the window was breathtaking.
The room service was prompt and efficient, with a variety of delicious options on the menu. The breakfast offered at the restaurant was plentiful and tasty, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, and freshly baked bread.
The hotel amenities were also excellent. The well-equipped gym and relaxing pool provided moments of leisure and well-being during my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's central location made it easy to access various tourist attractions and restaurants.
What truly stood out at the Palace Hotel was the attentive and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist and ensure that my stay was perfect. The customer service was impeccable at all times, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

"Location is unbeatable. The hotel is aging, but it maintains a sense of grandeur. The rooms are basic, almost spartan, but comfortable. Some rooms are recently renovated but our courtyard facing balcony room was not one of them. Courtyard facing is charming but it can definitely get noisy. The thermal pool was very nice, and the kids recreation room was fantastic. I have a 5 year old that did not get bored in 3 days. Special mention to the recreation team, Mateus and Leo, they are wonderful! Decent breakfast with plenty of options (mostly carbs) though it's the same everyday. Ate dinner at the hotel one night, it was standard buffet fare, we didn't go back for other meals there. I would stay again because the location is amazing and it's great for families."

"Does not live up to its fame, I've written a detailed review on Booking. Summing up, room wasn't the one I booked, staff not That friendly, shortage of towels for the swimming pool, breakfast too basic for a hotel like that.
The building itself is an attraction given its age and architecture, well maintained."
