What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Parque Ecológico de São Carlos for its free admission, beautiful natural setting, and family-friendly atmosphere, especially the new playground. While the park offers a great opportunity to see native South American wildlife, some reviewers note that animal enclosures could be improved. Despite this, it's considered a tranquil and worthwhile escape.
"Lovely place to visit in São Carlos. Free entry. We spent 2 hours wandering around enjoying the beautiful surroundings which are really well maintained. Very tranquil slice of nature on the outskirts of the city. The animals and birds were lovely to see but the enclosures for most of them were too small which is unfortunate and should be addressed. Great place to bring kids and they have just built a lovely new playground."

"Great atmosphere, free admission, good place to see south America origin animal."
Pattapon Silapawit
"My kids adore this place. It could benefit from investment, as there are empty displays and incomplete signage, but the location is beautifully wooded, the animals are interesting and exotic, and the kid's park is great. Worth every visit if your family is into this sort of place."
