The most serious concern is the risk of tick-borne diseases, with reports of severe illness linked to the park. Visitors are advised to exercise extreme caution and be aware of the safety and environmental issues.

TOMEM CUIDADO!
EVITEM ESSE LUGARES
DEUS ABENÇOE GRANDEMENTE A TODOS!"

Environmental Concerns and Preservation
The dense vegetation within the park, while potentially beautiful, also contributes to a lack of visibility and may harbor pests. The overall impression is one of missed potential, where a valuable natural resource is not being adequately protected or maintained for public benefit or ecological health.
Safety and Health Risks
Beyond tick-borne illnesses, the park's lack of maintenance poses other safety risks. Damaged railings, poorly maintained bridges, and overgrown vegetation can make navigating the park difficult and potentially hazardous. The absence of lighting means that visiting after dusk is strongly discouraged, further limiting safe access to the park.
