"Very disappointed with the service. They decide when they want to talk to you and when they want to ignore and the staff have never solved a single issue I have approached them with . Instead they send you all over to other branches which in turn also say they do not have any authority. On top of all that I am being charged almost 9% interest rate on mortgage and have been ignored regarding a request to review the rate. Just ignored. No call one email and balance of emails ignored. Seems they close cases on their own and their is no checks and balance system"
