Tem como objetivo a prestação de serviços aos usuários irrigantes e fornecimento de água bruta para irrigação.
Possue uma grande infraestrutura a qual gera emprego para diversas pessoas movimentando dessa forma direta e indiretamente a economia da região através do cuidado e da prestação de serviços para seus usuários localizados nos famosos projetos de irrigação de Petrolina-PE e Vale do São Francisco.
O local onde se encontra é bastante arborizado, atrativo e de fácil acesso trazendo um valor para a pequena vila do C1 que apesar do seu tamanho é bem planejada e organizada."
