"I ran the trail alone, set off at 0420. Took 1.25 to the top and 1.00 back down. Hard going when you leave the track but the trail is pretty easy to follow. Take a good flashlight and plenty of water, don't grab the trees due to snakes and spiders. The view is well worth the effort. Saw howler monkeys, spiders, birds and what I think were a pair of capybaras."
