What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Praia de Pitinga is widely praised for its stunning natural beauty, particularly its dramatic cliffs and expansive shoreline, making it a top choice for many visitors. While the waves can sometimes make swimming challenging and the water less clear, the opportunity to explore the cliffs and enjoy the serene atmosphere is highly valued.
"It can get wavy but it is swimmable. The water is blue but not clear, so you can’t see the bottom and have to swim with care. Because of the waves the fine sand clouds the water. This beach is lined with private accommodation so there aren’t any beach bars or restaurants until the very north tip or bottom tip of the beach. The beach itself is very long and nice for a walk along the shoreline"
