"Localizada a sudoeste da Ilha de Santo Amaro, a Praia de Santa Cruz dos Navegantes possui 650 metros de extensão e abriga uma vila de pescadores. O acesso é feito por barcos ou pela estrada que leva o mesmo nome da praia. Da praia, é possível apreciar o canal do Porto de Santos e ainda visitar a Fortaleza da Barra Grande. Uma praia pequena e rústica não é muito visitada pelos turistas, tendo na realidade como principal atração a Fortaleza da Barra Grande. De águas calmas e claras, não possui infraestrutura e nem quiosques, se quiser fugir das praias badaladas da região esse é o local."
