What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Copacabana Beach is celebrated for its iconic status, beautiful sandy shores, and vibrant atmosphere, making it a must-visit for many. Visitors enjoy the lively energy, stunning sunsets, and the convenience of beachside amenities. However, some find the persistent beach vendors to be a significant drawback, detracting from the relaxation.
"Beautiful beach. I have been to many beachs in many cities, and this is very clean and nice. Some nice waves and clear water, along with clean sand and a pleasant gathering of people. Excellent."

"Overall it’s barely OK at this beach.
The Positives are: The beach is very clean, it’s free and very convenient if you’re staying nearby.
The Negatives are: I really only have one complaint…the beach vendors will torture you relentlessly, literally every 10 seconds. It’s impossible to relax with the yelling and constant pestering. Even with renting an umbrella and two chairs they will invade your space and make it unbearable. For that reason alone I will not come back to this beach. It’s unfortunate because it’s beautiful."
