"Beautiful museum. Entrance is free.

When I arrived I was alone so one of the staff, Felipe, gave me a tour and was so very nice to explain the meanings behind the paintings and also the history of the artist and the museum and the family behind it. He spoke in perfect English and was glad to speak in English to someone as he said it’s not very often he could speak in English.

It will show you the life of rural Rio Grande do Sul and the history of how the state was founded through the artworks of the artist.

I definitely recommend to visit this museum to anyone including foreigners and gringos."

Dani
