"What a fabulous structure, amazing how the first two meters of the structure is cut stone while the remainder is built with concrete to represent the people. It is in an idealistic location overlooking the river, and is very well maintained. One thing to be aware of is shorts are not the preferred clothing item. An ideal location for reflection and some quiet time."
