Uma experiência inesquecível na Serra Catarinense! A Vinícola Pericó está localizada a cerca de 32 km do portal de São Joaquim. O acesso é uma atração à parte: são 25 km pela belíssima SC-110, conhecida como Caminho da Neve, até o pequeno povoado de Pericó. Depois, mais 13 km por uma estrada de terra cercada por paisagens deslumbrantes e araucárias até chegar à propriedade.
A vinícola fica no coração do Vale do Pericó, uma das regiões mais altas de Santa Catarina. A visita, que deve ser agendada, acontece entre os parreirais e apresenta os modernos equipamentos de vinificação. Um diferencial encantador são as lhamas, que deixam o passeio ainda mais divertido e rendem fotos incríveis!
O portfólio da vinícola é completo: espumantes, vinhos brancos, rosés e tintos — todos com excelente qualidade. Recomendo fortemente fazer a visita guiada com almoço, onde é possível harmonizar os vinhos com pratos típicos da serra. O ambiente é acolhedor, o atendimento impecável e, para fechar com chave de ouro, o pôr do sol na vinícola é simplesmente espetacular.
