Sou vegetariana e pedi uma adaptação de um hamburguer: pedi que a carne viesse separada do lanche sem ser inserida nele (meu marido ia comer). Primeiro que não queriam fazer porque "era muito difícil". Demorou mais de 40 minutos para ficar pronto e quando chegou, tinha carne no meio do queijo que disseram que era o molho do lanche. Mostrei, expliquei, disseram que foi pedido na cozinha para não colocar junto, ou seja, ignoraram tudo que falei.
Me senti desrespeitada e desvalorizada, já que pedi para cancelar então ao invés de trocar. Disseram que teria que pagar e para ver se alguém na mesa queria comer. Todos já haviam comido, dado a demora do lanche. Entendo que o restaurante não quer ter prejuízo, mas perderam alguns clientes hoje. Poderiam ter dado alguma solução mais justa para todos.
