"Should not miss when you’re in Kampong Ayer.
The most surprising little museum with the most friendly & helpful staff. The young man was more than delighted to educate me on the history of Kampong Ayer, past, present & future. He also was able to give me local tips & suggestions. Only found this place while walking the village walkways one morning & so glad I did. You can support by purchasing from their gift store, cash only. Absolutely recommend visiting, 1 hour. After, a boatman will pick you up from the nearest jetty & a great way to set up with your driver for a Proboscis monkey river cruise!"
