While most find the experience enjoyable, a few have encountered less-than-ideal interactions with staff, though the art and venue itself are consistently lauded.
"Art gallery inside a beautiful old synagogue. Cheap to enter and the staff seemed friendly. I was not familiar with Bulgarian art before coming here but it was still very enjoyable."

"Went there for Vladimir Dimitrov - Maistora exhibition.
It was very well curated 💛"

"I was at some amazing exhibitions there in my previous visits, but the last time I visited they were preparing for a new exhibition and their attitude was awful. I'm a historian of art and I needed a five minute talk about a monument with an artist/staff of the gallery. They told me, very rudely, to come back after two weeks. I was there for 2 days only, and Sofia(where I live) , is really far away from there. And I really needed that information for my PhD, but they didn't want to help me."
