There was no heating, so the place was bone-chillingly cold, and the shared bathroom was a biohazard—filthy, poorly lit, and with no hot water.
The staff's attitude was just as cold as the rooms. They were unhelpful and seemed annoyed by any request. It's clear they don't care about the comfort of their guests. The food was overpriced and barely edible. It’s a shame, as the location is beautiful, but the management has completely failed to make this hut a welcoming or functional stop for hikers. Save yourself the trouble and a miserable night's sleep—avoid this place at all costs."
