"The place is great for an afternoon or weekend visit. Unfortunately human presence ruins it, lot of plastic bottles, other garbage "decorates" the park, it's possible to drive in by car, but please people, do not do it - you can stop the car next to the big lake and walk in the park.
At my visit the weather was great, the decorative lakes were frozen, the spring had flowing water."
