We prebooked for the sunset flight by calling them and I would highly recommend prebooking if you want sun rise or sun set visit as people were turned away. However worth the trip anyway.
It is possible to get a drink before hand and there is a rest room and they also sell tiny and expensive bottles of champagne 55$ for a small bottle but if that your thing why not.
The whole flight was maybe fifteen minutes and you go up to 120m in a platform with a net and the platform revolves so you get a view from different sides.
Not over crowded which was fantastic 25$ each person when we visited.."
