It takes you all the way back to ancient times when the Khmer were part of the Funan Kingdom and walks you through history up to the Khmer Rouge era, when money became meaningless. The exhibition is well put together with a good storyline that connects the past to Cambodia today.
The information is decent—not just government propaganda, though there are definitely some parts that lean that way. You can’t take pictures inside, but for a $5 ticket, it’s a pretty good deal. Worth a visit if you’re into history!"
