"Best spots to watch dolphins 🐬 you should contact community before. Watching in morning is good chance to see"
Sokchanlida Horn
"Go in the mornings for the best chance to see a variety of marine life. There are trips out to sea on narrow boats and snorkeling.
From what I understood, the government, or an NGO, gives a small community looking after its ancestral lands a little money to preserve its small section of coastline. They've replanted, and maintain, what I think are kelp fields amongst other things. Really cool, super rustic little place.
I imagine in a few years' time, they'll discover social media, marketing, build a hotel, that kind of thing - and good for them if the people & wildlife in the area benefit as a result - but right now it feels like an undiscovered little gem of a place 🤩
A sign said, "Training of community for Peace and Good Health to all"."
