"For a 4 star hotel the service here is terrible. After we checked in, we didn't get offered our bags to be taken up to our room, just shown where the lift was. We got to our room, we must have found about 4 or 5 different kinds of bugs including cockroaches. For breakfast the next morning everything looked like it had been laying around for hours and there was flies in almost everything they were serving. No staff around to ask for something fresh. The only plus, is the swimming pool, this was fantastic."

The resort is steps away from the beach, with a nice veranda lounge area, a nice pool with pretty trees and chairs to relax."

"Our pool access room was great. Nice modern bathroom with both bathtub and shower.The room itself is large with good furniture. The bed though was hard and squeeky. The reception staff can speak and understand English. Service is very good. Should you need or want something done they are right on to it. Unfortunately I can't say anything good about breakfast. Buffet breakfast that offers very little. Eggs are pre cooked and kept in a warmer. Coffee with no milk. Breakfast is so bad my wife and myself go elsewhere to eat. Breakfast here caters mainly for the Asians."
