Reviews Summary
Barrie Union Cemetery is appreciated for its peaceful atmosphere and as a valuable resource for genealogical research. Some visitors find the grounds to be bumpy, and there have been comments regarding noise from lawn maintenance equipment. It's also noted as a good spot for new drivers to practice.
"I have suggested before and while it is absolutely necessary to cut grass it doesn’t have to be perfect! Living adjacent from your cemetery and listening to your continued noisy white noise grass cutter 5 days a week at least 6 hours a day is unacceptable . There is latterly no peace! Get a new machine that actually sounds like a lawn more not the deep drone nonsense . It is so disturbing and unfair! To listen too continuously . Think of others ! Just ridiculous !"

"I hope the gates to all cemeteries will open soon. When public parks are allowed to reopen, the resting places of our loved ones need to be open too, especially on Mother’s Day.
With respect.
