~~Does anyone have a exact date as to when they're going to be starting it I know the cranes in place now as I was down there an hour ago and I asked the city workers that were there and they didn't know they said hopefully soon. I'm hoping to get a date so I can be down there…

I recently saw they are funding an additional repair for the Brant crossing bridge, but when are they going to f fix the overlook it has been in disrepair for many years. Would love to see it revamped Aswell, the bridge is ok as it is at the moment it does need some attention don't get me wrong.

"Love all the former train bridges that cross the river and the history. Wish we still had the LE&N bridge but I'm glad we still have the TH&B and CN. The area is getting better and with the proposed entertainment district walks by the river in this area will give you a mixed city/nature vibe. The river is shallow but also dangerous in this area, a former dam after the Lorne Bridge used to be there and you can still see rock from it stuck in the river. Lots of interconnected bike trails in the area, a skatepark and a Waterpark."
