"I am giving 5 stars and we came with our two kids on a day when the aquatorium was closed. That’s how much fun we still had!
We stayed in one of the suites and it was gorgeous and clean and had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking and our two little ones loved looking out the large windows.
We had a bit of a tough time knowing where to go to get to the front desk, and it took the person at the desk a minute to find us a trolley for all of our gear, but the staff were so friendly that it quickly made up for any initial confusion. It definitely looks like it runs itself more like a condo than a hotel, and this is the only suggestion we had as guests who weren’t familiar with the building yet - more signage would be good.
Otherwise, the staff were so freaking friendly. We ended up forgetting a baby monitor in the room and the staff found it and management packaged and mailed it to us at their own cost. I offered to pay but they covered it. We so appreciated that!!!
The place is gorgeous. The pool is beautiful. And the views are breathtaking. We will be back again on a date when the aquatorium is open (our fault for not checking the hours).
We walked over to the Brockville brewery for supper and they were equally as amazing. Brockville folks are apparently just the best! Thank you and we’ll see you again!"
