"I took La Coriace 15KM trail from P7. As you arrive at the base where the welcome center is,, its about 10KM more through a residential area, you'll get to see some amazing properties. P7 doesn't seem to have a bathroom, so if you need to go do it at the base.
This loop takes you through a variety of mountains, you'll be right under the gondolas at some points for a fantastic view. The trail is rated "difficult" but really it's not, I would say its easy to moderate, it's just long. Bring a lunch and wear warm clothes (month of November) hiking sticks really helped me this time for those steep descends.
You can show up at at any time, i came around 7AM, just buy your pass online, it is a merit system, no one there to check if you paid or not, at least at this time in November.
Some trails are still open for mountain biking but not all. When I arrived I was the only car there, when I left it was completely full, ppl were parking high up on the road, so I do recommend to come early."

"Trails are a little rough in some areas but still fine to hike or run. The view is really nice from the summit of mont Bernard and mont Horizon. Some muddy spots but it will soon freeze. The trails maps are a little hard to follow, it may be me, I’ll leave it to you to judge. This is a dog friendly park, it is not very occupied. Not certain what the trails look like in the winter but I will definitely return. Worth the visit."
