What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Parc Sorbonne for its versatility, offering enjoyable activities across all seasons, from winter sports to summer splash pads and sports courts. It's a beloved community hub for families and active individuals, though popular events can lead to significant crowds and long waits.
"Great park for kids, teens and adults. Winter activities from skating, hockey, and sledding on the small hill for the kids and young at heart. I suppose you can also do some showshoeing in the forest next to it as well. Summer 2022 will allow the toddlers and kids to enjoy the newly constructed jeu d'eau. And there's the beach volley ball courts, basketball courts, soccer field too. Brossard also does an OSM concert in the summer and multi cultural activities. Fest-hivers keeps getting bigger and more activities to try. Just have to be patient as the lines can be quite long."

"A beautiful and accessible park. It is located behind the Lucille Teasedale high school building. There is a small park with climbing structures and swings as well as a new splash pad. There is a wall climbing tower, volleyball courts, soccer nets and lots and lots of green space to play and run. As well There is a gravel track for walking or running, multiple paths to walk on and lots of shade (trees, and a nice shade canopy next to water pad). There are also little hills and most importantly, there are toilets located here. The park itself is huge but conveniently located near the bike path as well as close to San Francisco and Rivard boulevards. A really beautiful and large park to visit, especially when the city of Brossard hosts fun special events there (ie OSM, fest-hiver, etc...)"
