The friendly and helpful staff are frequently mentioned, enhancing the overall experience. While the museum is small, its historical exhibits, including a mummy and vintage vehicles, are engaging. "Visiting from Toronto for the first time, my 3 year old loved imagination centre and didn’t want to leave. It’s free but you can donate to support. It’s fun for both kids and the parents. There is construction going on at the bottom level but the top imagination centre is open. I highly recommend it especially for rainy days."

"This is a wonderful hidden little gem. It offers a great place to bring your kids to play with toys and try out the cool light bright. They also have books to sit and read once they get tired. It's a nice place to go in the cold or super hot weather. You can also go have a tour of what the museum is hosting and that changes all the time. The staff were also super friendly and helpful!"

"I just had to give a review.
We have been going to the imagination station for years but today just hit differently.
I have an 8 year old daughter and a 1 year old son.
And unfortunately my daughter doesnt get near enough attention like she’s used to.
She’s always saying I don’t play with her enough and she’s not wrong.
Today while we were at the imagination station there was a lady working (and I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name - but it was between 11:30 and 1 pm that we were there on January 3/25)
And she was amazing! Beyond words. She played with my 1 year old on and off the entire time which gave me a chance to not only breath but play with my daughter.
My daughter even looked at me at one point and said “that’s really nice that the teacher is playing with Bodie so you can play with me”
Melted my heart!!
Thank you again!
With much appreciation from a full time working mom that is constantly tired and forever feeling mom guilt.
You made my life a little easier today."
