"The museum is clearly trying to show some local history, and it was nice to see the fossils on display but most of the information and displays felt mediocre.
The text panels were exceptionally bland and unspecific and most were simply printed on paper and stuck haphazardly on the walls compared to fancier museums.
We did appreciate the spots where specific islands were listed for fossil finds. Worth a visit if you need something to do for an hour, but otherwise just okay."

Take a look at the photos and make sure to get to Courtenay and check out the museum for yourself. Entry is done by donation, it’s well worth dropping $20 for you and the kids adventure."
