"A really nice park for a stroll all year round. There are a duck pond and a man made waterfall. If you go up the little hill there, you can see the waterfall is from a little pond.
It's quiet in autumn. A good family gathering place and water park for kids in summer.
When we come back again and again for a walk, this time we see many ducks including the American wigeon. Happy to see so many ducks there.
The pond is frozen in January 2024. But it is really interesting seeing the ducks in the frozen pond, can't stay too long there since it is so cold."

It's also a great place for small trail with kids or youth can practice some biking there. In winter during snow days, it is a must-go place for all local kids to do snow sliding. There also have BBQ and great place for picnic, playing sports on the big field. Very well-maintained park with clean washrooms. They also have the Waterpark during summer time with cover area. Most of big local events such as Canada Day, Festival of Lights are held in this park. Definitely a wonderful place worth your trips when you visit Tsawwassen - or frequent place for all locals with all ages can come and enjoy nature, gatherings."
