"Honestly,
All of the good hairdressers who used to work here are leaving.
Kayla was fantastic, but got moved to another location.
I got my hair cut there this summer by Mike, and he did an amazing job. He considered my hair type, my face shape, and everything I wanted. i should have asked if he was in instead of just rushing in for a cut.
This young girl with long brown hair cut it yesterday.... there are chucks of hair on top of my head that are 1-2 inches long (I have shoulder length hair) and this is her idea of "thinning out" my thick, coarse Asian hair. It feels rough and hairs are literally sticky straight out from my layers. the bangs are literally halfway up my forehead when I asked for 'side-swept' bangs. My left side was untouched (and perfect, thanks mike!) and she made my right side 1 inch shorter while "evening it out."I told her that I was growing my hair out and needed a trim....it'll probably take me half a year to grow out this horrible mess to something to salvage from her mess.
In other words, Ask for Mike."
