My best friend Rajeev was flying from Dubai to Calgary and had a long stopover in Toronto, so I decided to drive him out to Elora Mill for their famous Mimosa Breakfast. It turned out to be the absolute highlight of his trip!
Coming from Dubai, Rajeev is used to luxury, but he was completely blown away by the stunning views of the gorge and the rustic charm of the mill. It was the perfect relaxing setting for us to catch up after so long.
The service was impeccable—our server ensured our mimosas were never empty and that we were served promptly since he had a flight to catch. The food was fresh, local, and delicious. Honestly, it was worth every minute of the drive from the airport. If you have a few hours to spare, this is the place to be. Safe travels to Calgary, Rajeev!"
