The proximity of the hanging glaciers of Mount Aberdeen, Lefroy and Victoria is mesmerizing. Azure Lake Louise, emerald Mirror Lake, pure blue Lake Agnes, deep blue Hector Lake, and greyish blue Bow River add aqua splashes and ribbons to this picturesque mountains scenery.
The 4.9 km one way with 1012 m elevation gain, mostly hiking, trail to Mount Fairview starts from Lake Louise upper parking lot, leads to Saddleback Pass and from there clumbs to summit.
