Rather than being helpful, they came across as impatient and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them simply by asking basic questions. The lack of courtesy and respect was unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. A little patience and professionalism would have gone a long way, but unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression of the service overall.
I come here every now and again when travelling for work and was appalled by the service. I hope
this changes quickly, we regularly enjoy our visits."
