Things to do around Annapolis Royal - likely not in tourist books
Staying in Granville Ferry for a few days. Have some baseline itineraries, but looking for local suggestions. My 10-yr old has been begging me to find some rocks or cliff. he could jump off (no higher than 7-8m please). Have a day in Keji planned...any must see places?

What Travellers Say

The trail is generally well-marked and easy to follow, making it accessible for most. However, some travelers note that the road leading to the trail can be rough and challenging for lower-clearance vehicles, and the trail itself can be narrow in places.
"Some parts of the road getting there are sketchy so take your time if you have a lower vehicle like a car. The trail was a nice walk, the monument area is well kept, the trail is pretty easy to follow. There are rest areas. The view along the shore is spectacular!"
Deanna Muise
"Very nice short trail, easy hike and well-marked. Parts of this trail go through the woods and parts along by the sea. Take the road across from Granville Ferry or from Port Royal to Delaps Cove - don't try to drive all the way round the peninsula as some of the road is not passable (even with 4x4 - despite what Google Maps would indicate!) and some of the roads showing on the map do not even exist!
There is a sign from the main road and although steep at the very beginning, the road is fine even for saloon car, with car park and toilet facilities at the end. Watch for some bad potholes in one little area on the way."
Ruth Edwards
"The trail is a bit narrow at times and not very well kept. The route to the parking lot is not winter friendly."
