A wonderful place situated in the heart of the city. I think everyone from Sudbury and around love this place and have been at sometime. Huge parking across the street and you can walk down the park.
You can sit , relax, walk your dog and what not. Even you can enjoy great beach in summer which is at the end of the park.

"Ramsey Lake is absolutely beautiful. We visited in winter, it was almost frozen. Stunning landscape. There are a few trails near by. Beaver trail and moonlight trail, both are 3km long. Easy to navigate. Few slippery paths, proper shoes and trekking poles will be helpful. Bio ski club is near by. I can only imagine how stunning this lake must be in summer. Highly recommend it. There is an air bnb if you are looking for a gateaway. Laurentian university is close by.
Alot of eateries and grocery store 10min away which is great. If you are planning to visit Sudbury, I would recommend staying near ramsey lake for sure."
