What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Binbrook Conservation Area offers a vibrant summer experience with its popular FunSplash waterpark and lake activities. Visitors appreciate the natural setting for paddling and fishing, and the beach/splash pad are great for families. However, the park can become extremely crowded, parking is tight, and some attractions come with significant additional costs, leading to concerns about value for money.
"The lake was great for kayaking, which is why I came. There are two docks at the boat launch with a low height above the water, so it was easy to get in and out of a kayak. I paddled around and took pictures for over an hour and only saw half the lake. Tree top trekking is located here. It looks interesting."

"Not bad overall, lots of space even though close to water it gets very crowded. Also water by the shore is very muddy. We paid $22 to enter for 2 adults, a senior and a 4 year old. The splash park stops working at 5 pm which is way too early."
Josef Kozelka
"Excellent conservation area with a nice boat ramp (electric only I believe). There is a huge floating play structure for the kids. I loved the 'kayak condos' which you can rent to store your kayak for the year. There is a strong emphasis on catch and release practices for fishing which is encouraging to see! I'll be back for fishing in our canoe 👍 There are several pavilions that can be rented for events/BBQs/etc."
