"As can be seen by the numerous reviews os Sanderson (condo manager) they do not like to have concerns raised that questions there abilities or professionalism. Sanderson takes a very aggressive response to anything that raises a concern about there managers performance. Our property manager very similar to Sanderson does not like to be confronted with questions concerns or issues. She comes across with personal attacks and denial of anything she may have done. When confronted she takes an attack attiude instead of addressing concerns. She refers to OAC when it is convenient to her but skirts guidelines when ever she sees fit. She has a very
aggressive and unprofessional deminor to wards owners. It is not uncommon for her to ignore contact via phone or email and hide behind blaming owners when ever possible. Unfortunately as can be seen here this has been going on as long as six years."

The maintenance is atrocious and anything they “fix” is always to the lowest standards and becomes an eye sore. They can’t even properly fix the 6th floor elevator button the solution was to write the number 6 with whiteout...
Can’t Voice or speak anything because they could really care less and it is located in an area with a lot of drug addicts. Be very aware that on a nightly basis they try and open the doors in the parking lot. Our car got Brocken into and they laughed and told us their cameras don’t work. The elevators always smell, the carpets are always stained. In my honest opinion STAY AWAY"

"Terrible building management. Not much more to say really. Elevator safety certificates have been out of date for 2 years, last time they “replaced” it they replaced it with another out of date certificate. Took me 2 years to get a storage key that I paid money for. Can’t wait to move out of here."
