Unfortunately as we went on a weekday, the staff informed us that they weren’t operating the lower level of the museum where the shuttle replica is. No activity accessible. They informed us after we enquired to return on a weekend when animators are running activities. This of course disappointed our crew: ticket prices are the same weekday and weekends.
We truly enjoyed the moon virtual mission. It was easy to follow and the duration (approximately one hour) was perfect for a group of 5-75 years old. It’s a better value to take the combo ticket with the health museum ( collocated) to do a space mission and health lab activity)."

Afterwards at the exposition section, there are still some interactive stations. There is a lot of reading too. Next time we come, the kids want to try the simulators. That said, the space itself is surprisingly small. You can get through the exhibits fairly quickly, and aside from the missions and simulator experiences, there’s not much else to explore. It felt more like a specialized exhibit than a full-scale science center or museum.
If you’re planning to visit, it’s best for younger children, maybe ages 5–12. Teens or adults may find it a bit underwhelming unless they’re doing one of the more in-depth mission activities. It’s a fun visit for an hour or two, but don’t expect to spend the whole day here."
