Reviews Summary
The Lethbridge Courthouse is a functional civic building, with staff often praised for their helpfulness in specific matters like small claims court. However, many visitors report significant frustration with phone accessibility, experiencing long wait times and dropped calls. While security is noted as thorough, it's generally accepted as a necessary measure for safety.
"We needed help with filing for small claims court and teh staff went above and beyond to help us. Even when I go in for anything else, we are always treated well and have no issues.
Some people do not like the security process with the Sheriffs, but this is something that needs to be done. Take the 30 seconds, do as asked, and carry on with your day. Most of the Sherrifs are great, just give them a chance and be polite."
