"what a fun little museum!! 🐟🐟🐟

the staff are very friendly and happy to answer questions - I myself joined a small group of children being led through the history of the bluenose.

ive heard there used to be an aquarium on the main floor, now there are only a handful of fish left. i understand why this is the case, and there are still plenty of things to see :)

Miss Bluenose II was out sailing while we were visiting but we got to see her as we arrived. what a beautiful boat!

definitely worth visiting!! 😋"

NoodlesOdyssey

"Very interesting and comprehensive summary and explanation (w lot of great exhibits) of the Nova Scotia fishing industry.

Guides were helpful and friendly. Gift shop had a nice diverse collection of items and reasonable prices. I hope to go again if I am around here in the future."

Douglas Rubin

"A neat little place to learn a little about the local history of the fishing industry. Way more interesting than I thought it would be. Traveling with kids (age 3-8) and there's enough to keep them engaged for a couple of hours including a Funky Fish Facts Scavenger Hunt."
