Another cool Vancouver Island waterfall my sister, the pups and I visited on Thanksgiving weekend! ❤️ Lupin Falls drops about 65–80 feet down a narrow rock face surrounded by lush moss, ferns, and towering evergreens. The water cascades through a shaded, rainforest-like gorge! 💦 Was an easy, quick walk into a magical, west coast forest! 🌲 🌲 🌲 Harnesses: @smellydogzofficial 🩷 🐶Like•Save•Comm...

Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently describe Lupin Falls as a magical and serene natural escape. The easy accessibility and beautiful rainforest setting are major draws, though some note it can get crowded on weekends. It's a highly recommended short stop for its impressive cascade and enchanting atmosphere.

"This place was magical. I half expected to see some deers or at the very least some hobbits pop out. There are two ways to get to the falls point. One was slightly difficult and the other was super easy. We went the slightly difficult way in and I was hoping there was an easier way out. Luckily there is. Nice little hike to the falls. Biggest leaves I've ever seen!"

"Beautiful falls just a few minutes off the road on a loop trail. Modest elevation. 15-20 minute walk."

Andrew Vorkink

"Went to Lupin Falls weekend of February 5th,2021 and brought my two kids. This trail was very easy, .8km loop, some parts were slippery and there is some inclines, but nothing too crazy. You can bring a stroller on this trail. You do have to cross the street from parking area to get to the falls. On the parking lot side you can take a trail, literally a 2 min walk to the water where you get to take in some majestic views.

I do recommend this trail if you are wanting to see great views."
