"Very big lake, although "little" in comparison to Lake Huron of course. Very active in the weekend with children, families and people playing light sports. Good for walking around. Has a diner.
There's parking available but can be hard to find during busier times, there's more parking near the recreation center 2 minutes away."

"This is a lovely park for a short walk! My girlfriend, her son, and I visited recently for the first time, and it was very enjoyable.
There are two playgrounds for different ages/abilities, beautiful lake views by the beach, and lots of birds and small wildlife.
We noticed a lot or lighting and are hoping it will make for a beautiful, snowy nighttime location for a stroll.
We will be going back again soon."

"Nice dog park. Not too busy but our dog found a new friend. Good size, nice grass surface but as you will see in the photos, it was covered in fresh snow. Came back later in summer and added more photos."
