"Super disappointing movie going experience due to self-entitled young adults sitting behind us kicking seats, throwing popcorn, nachos, and cans, talking, shouting and taking selfie throughout the movie. My partner was even sprayed with something wet, at one point.
Despite my talking to them several times, and other patrons from several rows forward making the effort to come to the back of the theatre to ask them to stop, they continued without batting an eye, only encouraged by the attention they drew. I recognize this is not the fault of Cineplex, but rather a pure lack of social awareness and consideration on the part of the movie goers causing the disruption.
However, After stepping out of the theatre and speaking to theatre staff, no effort was made by the Cineplex staff to address the situation. No help to improve the situation was made by the staff and a request for help was simply met by shrugging of the shoulders.
Much of the movie was missed and what was watched was ruined .
The theatre posts a few signs, about passionately delivering an exceptional entertainment experience. There was definitely no passion in helping to improve the experience for a theatre full of people.
The theatre also posts a sign regarding the code of Conduct expected of patrons however, it is only selectively enforced of convenient for the staff.
A hugely disappointing evening.
On the bright side, the theatre, halls and men's room were very clean. Sadly, nearly every toilet in the women's room had toilets that were unfinished.
Concession stand was well maintained, and fast and efficient. I enjoyed that popcorn. Thanks!"

"Watched the long awaited Lilo & Stitch The theater was a bit dirty but what can ya do. Prices are fair, I have the Cineplex pass so it's even cheaper. They ran out of the Stitch popcorn bowl but still got the Stitch cup. My 6 year old was very happy."
