Reviews Summary
Credit Valley Hospital is frequently praised for its dedicated and compassionate nursing staff, especially in labor and delivery, with many patients reporting excellent childbirth experiences. While the majority of reviews are positive, a few instances of inconsistent staff attitudes have been noted. The hospital is generally found to be clean and well-managed, contributing to a comfortable environment for patients and their families.
"I gave birth a few weeks ago and I am very thankful to the nurses and doctor that had delivered my baby. Shout out to my nurse Brittany and Mayleen. They were super friendly, attentive and caring. One of my concern was the time I had gone to the induction unit, the nurse that took my blood work was sweet but seemed very new at her job. I had excessive blood that dripped out as my wound was not sealed properly with a bandaid. Also, nurse Dianne at NICU unit was not so friendly to my sister as she was giving my sister attitude and rude glances for making videos/pictures of my daughter as they were taking care of her. She seemed
racist. Do better. But overall the rest of my experience at this hospital went great. Thank you to the delivery team."

"Appreciation post for Labour Assessment unit
I recently delivered at the credit valley hospital. My entire experience was beyond expectations. All the labor room nurses, postpartum unit nurses are extremely patient with new moms, helpful and kind. They take good care of you. The OBs of credit valley are also extremely nice. I would like to specifically thank Dr. Kerry Myckan for safely delivering my baby in a very professional and extremely kind manner.
I recommend credit valley to all the new moms-to-be."

"Appreciation post for LAU .
I delivered my son at this site on 23rd Oct,2025 .I believe that I am one of those rarest mamas who get to deliver their baby under the care of their primary ObGYN. Dr Adrienne Li was my OBGYN & she was coincidentally on night shift that day .I had a good heart to heart chat with nurse harsheen ❤️. Nurse Haruka was by my side throughout my labour . She did every possible effort to make me feel comfortable & made sure that my labour went smooth. Her advice for pain management really helped me . I am so so glad that I was surrounded by such happy faces & positive human beings on the most challenging yet most special day of my life. If the team can read my post , big hugs & thanks to you all for your support & care ."
