What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Port Credit Harbour and Marina is praised for its beautiful lakeside setting, charming European-inspired village atmosphere, and vibrant marina. Visitors enjoy the scenic walks, diverse dining options, and boutique shopping. However, some boaters have expressed significant concerns regarding security and inconsistent maintenance within the marina itself.
"It's a nice, kind of secluded place for a walk. It's behind the Canada Post, Port branch, along the strip of restaurants and within walking distance to Port Credit Memorial park. The view is wonderful. It's along the lake and I don't think there's anything else that needs to be said. Lake Ontario is beautiful."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid at all costs – Terrible Experience
I parked my boat inside Port Credit Marina specifically to keep it safe and secure so nothing would get damaged or stolen. Instead, someone stole my speaker and cut all the cables.
The management clearly doesn’t care about proper security or protecting your property. When you pay for a slip in a marina, you expect at least basic safeguards. Here, you’ll get nothing but excuses and negligence.
Absolutely shameful service. This is the last time I will ever use this marina, and I strongly recommend everyone look elsewhere if you care about your boat and your peace of mind.
Do not trust them with your property."

"If you like boats + being by the water, this place hits a lot of the right notes. It has many slips (seasonal & transient), with strong services: pump-out, power & water at docks, indoor & outdoor storage, a big travel lift, repair workshops, and a well stocked chandlery. It’s also super walkable — restaurants, shops, trails nearby. On the con side: some boaters complain that certain docks feel worn and maintenance is uneven. The access fees & waiting list for slips can be heavy. Also, because it's so popular, crowding & traffic around peak summer weekends are a thing."
