When I asked if Walmart could help verify or activate the card, I was told to speak with a manager. When I asked how a manager could assist—since the card cannot be returned—the representative said she didn’t know.
I expressed my frustration and mentioned that this experience made me hesitant to purchase gift cards from Walmart in the future. The representative responded dismissively, said “fine,” and ended the call abruptly.
