Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Distillerie du Saint-Laurent for its unique, high-quality spirits that showcase regional Quebecois flavors, particularly the Mugo gin and maple liqueur. The knowledgeable and friendly staff enhance the tasting experience, making it a highly recommended stop for those interested in local craft beverages.
"A review not of the place but one if their products: Gin Mugo lot 118. We were trying various gins with tonic lime and then with cucumber as one does, starting withTanqueray and Hendricks, and swapped in Gun Mugo lot 118 with cucumber and fever tree tonic. Wow. An incredible combination for a late fall G&T, this is a top shelf drink, much more complex than Hendricks with cucumber and tonic. Congrats to the makers. The gin was a generous gift from one of our kids 🙏👍🎯. Désolé pour l'anglais, mais c'est plus vite pour moi 😎"

"This is a must!!! This distillery has some amazing products with regional flavor. From rum to gin to maple liquor, you can't go wrong. The must try: gin the mugo - flavored with local pine tips, this is amazing as a G&T, with a little lime. Also, recently launched, 'Entaille', a collaboration between the distillery and local maple producer....amazing!!!!"

"Staff is friendly, diligent and knowledgeble. Tour with tasting is worth it. The video at the beginning of the tour is nicely done and explains how the distillery came to be, as well as the regional history of distilled products. The tasting allows you to discover great products, some of them unavailable elsewhere. I suggest visiting the St-Laurent distillery as well, as they have a different background and equally good products: it is fairly interesting to compare both."
