What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Mont-Tremblant is praised for its beautiful scenery, especially during fall, and its wide range of activities from thrilling ziplines to relaxing beach days. The pedestrian village is a highlight for its charm and amenities. However, some visitors have encountered issues with inconsistent rule enforcement and staff professionalism, particularly concerning family-friendly policies at the beach.
"Amazing place to visit during summers, they have different activities like kayaking, paddling, water castle, pontoon rental. One can buy 3or 5 activity pass from Mont Tremblon in which these activities can be one of them. We had really pleasant evening while kayaking on lakes with wonderful resort and mountain views."

"One of my favorite beaches! It’s private, well-kept, and we’ve noticed so many positive changes since the new ownership took over. Yes, admission is about $25 per adult and between $8–$15 for kids, but the cleanliness, atmosphere, and friendly staff make it worth it.
The sand and water are always very clean, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. My family and I drive an hour and a half each way, and it’s always worth the trip. Outside food is no longer allowed, but they now have a Mediterranean-style restaurant and the bar is open, which adds to the experience.
I’m excited to see what else the new ownership has planned. This year alone, we’ve already been three times and are planning to return again next week. It really feels like a fresh start for this beach, and so far, it’s been great!"

"We were here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, but unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an extremely unprofessional and aggressive encounter with one of the staff members.
When we asked to sit at an empty shaded table, a waiter—approximately 6’3” with blonde hair—approached us in a confrontational manner. He began aggressively moving tables around, clearly displaying hostility and making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
We tried to ask other staff members for his name, but no one was willing to provide it. This situation highlights the importance of name tags and proper training in customer service—especially in identifying who is representing your establishment in front of guests."
