"I like the heavenly natural woods and fresh air by the river in the morning, as well as the diverse flora and fauna."

"Forget street parking. Paid parking ($3.50 per hour) @Rue de Lille and Blvd. Gouin) leads right into the park. Visitors center right by the park with real bathrooms water fountain, bbq area, picnic tables, electric car recharge station, etc. Easy (flat) trails bordered by thick vegetation and views of the river. Park benches sprinkled along the way. Dogs allowed on leash, but no bikes allowed past the entrance (plenty of official bike parking spots) so no bikes or skateboards inside the park or on the trails. Very peaceful. Highly recommend for a break from the city."
