Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Biodome Montreal for its immersive and beautifully designed ecosystems, offering a magical experience with diverse flora and fauna. The penguins and Laurentian Maple Forest are frequently highlighted as favorites. However, some reviews mention mixed experiences with on-site food service and a few express concerns about the size of certain exhibits.

"The Montréal Biodôme itself is absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, super immersive, and such a cool way to experience different ecosystems. Walking through the rainforest, then instantly being in the polar section, felt magical. The animals were well cared for, and the whole place was clean and fascinating. I could have stayed there for hours.

But then… the food experience. The lady serving us was incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked a simple question about the menu and she acted like I was bothering her. She barely spoke to us, seemed annoyed the whole time, and honestly made us feel unwelcome while we were just trying to grab a bite to eat. It put a sour note on an otherwise perfect visit.

So: the Biodôme itself gets 5 stars, but because of that one staff interaction, I’m docking a star. If you go, definitely enjoy the exhibits—they’re worth it—but maybe skip the food counter unless you’re okay with dealing with bad service."

"First time visit here. This place is so small. Just 60 mins to 90 mins will be hood enough to browse through everything. I love the penguin so much! They are so cute and funny to watch! Be prepare to wear a jacket inside. It's gonna be freezing! This place also has a cafeteria to buy food. Convenience for family"

Brian

"The Biodome is absolutely worth a visit! They’ve recreated four different ecosystems with unique plants, animals, and climates, making it both fun and educational. Everything was very clean, and they have elevators and restrooms which make it super convenient. I especially loved the penguins – they were so cute, I could watch them for hours! You can also take lots of beautiful pictures here. It’s definitely a place kids will love and enjoy as much as adults."
